It's been nice to be back making quilts. This quilt was for a friend that went in for heart surgery. Her surgery scheduled for couple weeks away then it was bumped up to a couple of days away. It was a rush but I got it done.
I used red and black out of my stash and a big black and white polka dot for the back.
So glad I can share with my friends and loved ones! Hope to be back here with a couple more finishes before 2014.

Is this just HSTs into pinwheels? With the red and black it's striking! I really love it! I now need one myself ;)
