Spider Web Quilt

I finally finished this top on Thursday. I used almost all of my selvages which makes me happy. I like making something from what most throw away.
I saw this tutorial and knew I wanted to eventually make one.
Now to decide on the backing and quilting.
I will be linking up over here. Have a great weekend!

Quilted Stars

I finished this quilt today. I wasn't sure how I wanted to quilt it. I ended up deciding on simple lines so it didn't take away from the design.

I used two different flannels. The pink is a Sandi Henderson Print and the other is folksy flannel diamond mine.

I had fun picking fabrics and making this one. I am putting this one in the etsy shop.

I also made this one during the week for a close friend. I am so happy she loved it!

Yellow & Grey + Inspiration

I have had a great week as far as sewing goes. Lots of time resting from a small surgery I had on Monday. I had to revisit some simple patchwork and the yellow and gray color scheme.

On the back I used my favorite flannel. Anna Maria Horner's Good folks. This flannel is also on sale here for 5.08 a yard. You could also use a online code making it a super deal.

I have also finished up this quilt top. I have had this one on the list for a while. I used 3 inch squares throughout. My inspiration comes from this lovely quilt. I love everything Jolene makes.

I am linking up over here. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Camper Van Quilt

I have some old school Heather Ross that I haven't dare cut into but then again it can't just sit on a shelf. I thought I would hold on to the fabric because my husband has always loved and wanted a camper van.
I found this darling print for the back at Joann's in the Denyse Schmidt Quilting cottons.
One of my favorite Erin McMorris weekend prints for the binding.
I enjoyed making a strip quilt again because it's been a while. I have many more projects I can't wait to show you. I have also listed this quilt in the shop.
